iCell Sustainable Nutrition Co. Retains Lighthouse Finance for Capital Solutions & Business Development

iCell Sustainable Co. is pleased to announce its retention of Lighthouse Finance, a global seafood and aquaculture advisory company, for the purpose of exploring capital solutions and pursuing business development opportunities.

iCell, which produces protein rich byproducts for use in aquatic and terrestrial feed products in addition to human nutritional applications through the conversion of nutrient wastewater, is targeting approximately USD 50m in new financing sources. Proceeds will be used for working capital and investment for joint ventures and water treatment facilities outside of Asia-Pacific.

“We’re excited to be partnering with Lighthouse to highlight the Company’s potential within the international aquaculture community,” said Mark Rottman, CEO of iCell. “Their in-depth knowledge of the aquaculture value chain and extensive relationships with strategic and financial investors made Lighthouse our first choice.”

iCell provides the aquaculture sector a full cycle solution which purifies water for reuse or disbursement and generates protein rich byproduct for aqua and terrestrial feeds.
