ICS-led Joint Venture Awarded Prime Position on $7.5 Billion DISA SETI Contract

Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) announced today that Defense Information Systems Agency awarded RedTeam Engineering, LLC (RedTeam) a prime position on the Defense Information Services Agency (DISA) Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The contract represents new work for the company, has a ten year ordering period, and a total ceiling value of $7.5 billion.

DISA designed SETI to speed government procurement of critical engineering expertise to research, design, develop, implement, integrate, and optimize Department of Defense (DoD) information technology capabilities, systems, and solutions.

ICS led the formation of the RedTeam Engineering joint venture (RTEJV). RTEJV is comprised of some of the most innovative and thought-leading businesses and includes an ecosystem of industry partners that ensure we provide a single point of entry for any customer requirement, anywhere in the world, at any time. RTEJV Members include ICS, Innovation Labs, SPECInnovations, and Heptagon.

“This award demonstrates the result of our investments in Innovation Research & Development (IR&D) via our ICS Labs division,” said Steve Goldsby, Project Manager of RTEJV, and the CEO of ICS. “We established ICS Labs specifically to deliver innovative solutions in SETI technical areas including cybersecurity, modernization, cloud, and analytics to DISA and its DOD mission partners. Led by our Chief Digital and Innovation Officer Tom Brazil, ICS Labs optimizes IR&D spending and compresses innovation timelines using our Agile Innovation Management System.”
