Cashen comes to Idilus with several years of experience with both large and small PEO's and has a strong technical background in multiple PEO HRIS products from both a demonstration and implementation perspective. "He will focus on Midwest sales to the growing list of companies that need to offer unique and comprehensive benefits and technology to their organizations," Colucci explained. Cashen will also be working with Peterson on the marketing and sales of new American Human Resources Association (AHRA)-based clients.
Matt Peterson, an Idilus HR employee since 2012, began in Sales & Marketing and was most recently Vice President of Business Development, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of National Accounts. Speaking to the promotion, Colucci offered, "Matt has the ability to brand and package our service offerings for different markets." Most recently, Peterson was responsible for initiating a very successful relationship with a nationally disruptive technology driven real estate company. This relationship offers a number of benefits for their over 7,000 independent agents. Colucci continued, "As our company continues to grow, we need to have a person, like Matt, taking an expanded leadership and decision-making role, in not only sales, but client communication and implementation."
Solis, with Idilus since 2014, has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. Through the years, Idilus has benefited from Solis's work in Customer Service, Risk & Safety and Operations Management. "Jorge came to Idilus after many years of military service including leadership roles in multiple deployments in both Iraq & Afghanistan. He brought with him the vision and skills to create improvements to the organization and processes to improve the consistency of our products for our clients.
