In her new role, Jones will lead key areas including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, internal communications, and employee success operations. A champion of IM's core values of diversity, courage, and collaboration, Jones is dedicated to embedding these principles throughout the organization.
