The Frederick County Best Places to Work campaign is a joint program between the Frederick County Workforce Services, the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, the Frederick County Office of Economic Development, and THRIVE Frederick. The program recognizes the county's "most innovative, creative, and forward-thinking employers" in five size categories. Immersion Active was selected a winner in part for instituting programs enabling better work/life balance so employees have more time with their families.
