A panel of independent judges selected this year's honorees using a points system to evaluate submissions, after an open nomination process.
McCants and the other 49 NJBIZ Best Women in Business will be honored in person at a dinner later this evening at The Palace on 333 Davidson Avenue in Somerset Park, NJ from 6:00 to 8:30 pm.
