Inaugural Resource Management Global Symposium Explored the Latest in Resource Management Research, Trends and Best Practices

The theme of the Symposium was "Learn. Collaborate. Innovate." Resource and workforce management practitioners from around the globe gathered together to learn new approaches, collaborate with their peers and industry experts, and innovate with the very latest in resource management research and best practices through several keynotes, panel sessions, and breakout meetings.
RMI Managing Director Randy Mysliviec kicked off the symposium with the keynote on the "State of Resource Management". Covering the latest in resource management research and trends, the presentation addressed the challenges companies face in cost effectively managing human capital deployed for project-based work in Professional, Consulting, and Enterprise/IT services.
