The company held its commemorative event this past spring, hosting employees and clients for an afternoon of food trucks, music, and outdoor games.
Founded in 1994 by Steve Damerow, Incentive Solutions began as a client-centric incentive travel company. Over the next few years, Incentive Solutions added debit card, gift card, and points-based merchandise to its reward offerings. By the mid-2000s, Incentive Solutions turned its focus to incentive technology development, where it has been a leader in the space.
Over the past few decades, Incentive Solutions has experienced massive growth, acquiring LoyaltyWorks, an incentive industry stalwart founded in 1976, in 2009. In 2018, the company announced investment by The CapStreet Group, LLC and named Mark Herbert President and CEO.
