Incentive Research Foundation Elects 2019 Officers and Welcomes Five Incentives Industry Leaders to Board of Trustees
WASHINGTON (PRWEB) January 31, 2019 -- The Incentive Research Foundation is pleased to announce the 2019 IRF Executive Committee and five industry leaders recently elected to the IRF Board of Trustees. Representing all segments of the incentives, rewards, and recognition industry, the IRF Board of Trustees leads the foundation in meeting its mission of conducting research and providing education highlighting the premise and the power of incentive and motivational programs. The Board recently met to review the foundation’s Vision 2020 plan and launch strategic planning through 2025.

We look forward to a collaborative strategic planning process that will position the IRF for continued impact,” said Mike May, CMP, IP, Chair of the IRF Board of Trustees. “IRF is empowering businesses on Wall Street and Main Street with outstanding research, education, events, and new online communities that help them engage and motivate their workforce.”
The IRF has developed a robust research, education, and event schedule for 2019. The IRF will release twelve studies, four issues of The IRF Quarterly Academic Review, and a series of new introductory “Toolboxes.” The IRF’s research and studies will be discussed during monthly webinars and podcasts, on the online IRF Communities, at the 2019 IRF Education Invitational on June 19 – 23, and at the Leadership Insights Forum on September 23 - 24.
