Incept, an outsourced customer experience solutions company, announced that Amanda Montgomery has accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer. Amanda will define and lead the operations team within the organization to drive the company’s strategic business goals.
As the new Chief Operating Officer, Amanda will be responsible for instituting best practices and processes both throughout the company and with our clients in order to drive growth.
