Jeff joins InCloudCounsel from H.I.G. Capital, where he served as Managing Director. Prior to H.I.G. Capital, he worked as an investment banker in JPMorgan's technology division. Jeff holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado.
