Indeflex, a cutting-edge business consulting and merchant services FinTech, is excited to announce the addition of industry veteran sales trainer Mischa Redmond to the team. Mr. Redmond has been in the payments space for 20 years and previously built two payments companies from scratch with a combined residual of over $150k per month. Mischa started at Card Payment Solutions as an agent, and worked his way to becoming a regional manager, and then started TRG Payment Solutions.

With no prior experience, Redmond entered the payments industry in 2006 and swiftly became the number one agent in the nation. He established the Redwoods company, building it to over 5,000 accounts and processing over 60MM a month within seven years.

During the past two years, Mischa worked at SpotOn as the VP of Training and Product, where he built their region from no accounts to 1,800 in two years with a monthly revenue stream of over 30MM in just under two years, while still doing all national training duties.
