INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 16, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- AxiaTP (Axia Technology Partners, LLC) announced today plans for a massive national expansion in 2019 and beyond. The company is targeting Managed Service Providers (MSPs) throughout the U.S. for acquisition, and by 2020, seeks to open offices in multiple cities including Chicago, Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles, Austin, Scottsdale, Fairfax, Orlando, and New York.
Two acquisitions recently completed include Indianapolis-based Dodson Group and ADS Solutions, headquartered in Chillicothe, Ohio.
"Both of these businesses are natural fits for our portfolio and provide our executive teams an opportunity to step through our processes for M&A transactions and operational efficiencies," said Josh Ross, AxiaTP Holdings Chairman of the Board. "Our goal with AxiaTP is to become the largest MSP in the nation, and we are poised to make that a reality as we seek to acquire MSPs in the $10-15 million annual revenue range."
In addition to the expansion and growth plans, AxiaTP has appointed a new CEO, Roger Veach, and is filling several other executive-level leadership positions.
