Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital Appoints Nathaniel V. Zuziak as Medical Director
Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital welcomes Nathaniel V. Zuziak, DO, CHCQM-PHYADV, to serve as the new Medical Director. Dr. Zuziak leads the medical staff and therapy teams to provide quality patient care upon the hospital opening in February 2021. Dr. Zuziak recently served as the Medical Director of Lafayette Regional Rehabilitation Hospital and is also the CEO of Transcendent Physiatry LLC.

Dr. Zuziak earned both his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Eastern Michigan University, where he graduated Cum Laude.
After receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University, Dr. Zuziak completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mercy Medical Center in New York. He served as Chief Resident for two terms.
Dr. Zuziak is board certified in Health Care Quality and Management by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP).
He previously served as the President, Past President, Board of Governors ex-officio member, and Medical Education Committee Liaison for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation's (AAPM&R) Physiatrist in Training Council (PHiT). He maintains memberships with AAPM&R, American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA), Society of Physician Entrepreneurs (SoPE), and American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP).
