OnBoard® Assure empowers pipeline operator companies and contractors to excel at field auditing, helping to spot tasks that require more training and ensure the workforce performs as expected. Company administrators can even link Operator Qualification (OQ) tasks to assessments to further connect OQ training to in-field performance.
But this new app can be used for more than just OQ. When paired with the OnBoard® LMS Form Builder, admins and employees with the proper permissions can create office and field assessments unique to their organization. They can then document team performance, including observations and actions taken, right from a mobile device. The LMS stores and organizes the information, builds assessment reports, and allows admins to efficiently pinpoint their organization's strengths and weaknesses.
