Qashu named Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Growth, leading ARG's marketing and business development functions while expanding strategic and referral partnerships and accelerating national growth.
MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- ARG, LLC announced today that technology channel executive and entrepreneur Bana Qashu has joined the company as Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Growth. In the newly expanded role, Qashu will lead ARG's marketing and business development organizations while helping develop strategic and referral partnerships, go-to-market initiatives and new growth opportunities that support ARG's continued national expansion.
Qashu brings more than a decade of experience across the technology channel, spanning sales leadership, strategic and referral partnerships, partner development, marketing and go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining ARG, she founded BanaTech Consulting and held senior leadership roles at Amplix and AVANT, where she built extensive relationships across the technology advisor, supplier and TSD ecosystem.

As Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Growth, Qashu will be responsible for ARG's overall marketing strategy and will lead the company's marketing and business development teams. Her mandate will also include expanding strategic and referral partnerships, strengthening supplier and channel relationships, developing new routes to market, and creating programs that translate ARG's growing ecosystem into measurable pipeline and revenue opportunities.
The appointment comes as ARG continues investing in the leadership, infrastructure and capabilities required to scale nationally. Following its strategic investment from Bear Creek Partners, ARG has been building its executive leadership team to support both organic and inorganic growth while expanding the capabilities available to its advisors, partners and clients.

The addition of these resources will complement ARG's existing capabilities and support Qashu's broader strategic growth mandate.
