DAYTON, N.J., Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Impact XM, a global experiential marketing agency and crafter of strategic audience engagements that power brand experiences, has once again elevated the bar on its experience design capabilities with the hiring of industry veteran Dustin Sparks. As Vice President, Experience Design, Sparks will apply his creative and strategic expertise to Impact XM's growing portfolio of tier 1 trade show, event, and experiential marketing projects.
Over the course of Sparks' 30-year career, he has worked across industries to produce sophisticated experiences including keynotes, exhibits, and live performances. Sparks was most recently president of Dustin Sparks Productions, a New York-based agency providing executive leadership in all aspects of creative and production for corporations' live events, trade shows and experiential marketing projects. Prior, he was vice president of experience design at FreemanXP.
Impact XM selected Sparks for his brilliant ability to extract critical information from his clients—information from which he crafts brilliant strategies that guarantee results and ROI.
"Dustin is one of those rare designers who understands it all: design, fabrication, installation, budgeting—and can pull it all together into seamless experiences that connect with target audiences and drive business," says Tom Frisby, Vice President, Creative and Marketing for Impact XM.
