Influitive Corporation—a leading provider of customer advocacy and engagement software—today announced the appointment of Erica Anderson as Sr. Practice Director, Advocacy and Jami Diaz as Sr. Practice Director, Community. Additionally, Caroline Papadatos, a best-practice advisor and independent consultant, will expand her advisory role with Influitive to support strategic client and product initiatives involving customer experience, loyalty and digital transformation.
Together with Amy Ng, who has been promoted to Sr. Practice Director, Advocacy and Events, Erica and Jami will bring their decades of client experience and business acumen to form Influitive’s Practice Management team. This team will build on Influitive’s deep advocacy marketing experience and define the company’s methodology for community, events, loyalty and rewards.
Erica Anderson joins Influitive as a Sr. Practice Director, focusing on Advocacy Recruitment and Engagement. Most recently, she was the Customer Advocacy Manager at Oracle where she led the development of community and advocacy initiatives for the Oracle Customer Experience (CX) product portfolio. She brings 12 years of advocacy and community experience and has received 2 BAMMIE awards and has been a finalist in 3 other BAMMIE award categories.
Jami Diaz joins Influitive as Sr. Practice Director, Community and brings over 15 years of online community management experience, having built and nurtured communities for tech giants including Yahoo, eBay, PayPal, and Intuit. Jami is passionate about forging strong reciprocal relationships and representing the voice of the community internally, translating needs into tailored products and features, all while creating clear and engaging content and programs.
Caroline Papadatos is a Customer Experience and Loyalty Evangelist for Influitive. She is a two-time CMO, executive committee member and global consultant with over 30 years of experience in B2B and B2C customer management, with a specific focus on driving customer loyalty and digital transformation. She is an international speaker, a graduate course teacher of sales and marketing, an AdWeek Brand Star and was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Canadian Marketing Association. Today, she is a Board Member for Cogeco Connexion, and Advisor to Influitive and LinkSports International.
