Info Cubic Appoints Kelly Kubacki Uebel as Chief Regulatory Counsel
Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) January 21, 2015 -- Info Cubic, LLC, a leading employment screening company, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Kelly Kubacki Uebel, former Legal Counsel with global screening provider First Advantage, as Chief Regulatory Counsel with immediate effect. The creation of this new position reflects the rapid growth of Info Cubic and is to support its development as the Company expands internationally and domestically within the US.

Mrs. Uebel will provide legal guidance to the CEO, and Board of Directors, advising on legal management best practices and operating standards related to business and state and federal laws and regulations, and regulatory and legal strategic matters.
Kelly previously worked for Verifications, Inc. as a Compliance Officer, joining First Advantage following the acquisition. As Legal Counsel with First Advantage, Kelly counseled staff on legal and regulatory risks, obligations and other matters as it pertained to domestic and global background screening compliance, while working with clients in diverse industries to provide valuable educational information. Kelly also provided assistance with internal legal matters, contract review and data security and privacy compliance. Prior to working in the screening industry, Kelly served as a staff attorney with Kroll Ontrack focusing on data recovery, computer forensics and electronic discovery. Kelly is a licensed attorney in the state of Minnesota, having graduated from William Mitchell College of Law.
