Infobip Adds Major Players as it Celebrates 10th Anniversary in the Americas

Amid rapid expansion, global customer experience communications company nears 300 employees in the Americas

Infobip, a global cloud communications platform that enables businesses to build connected customer experiences across all stages of the customer journey at scale, has announced the hiring of several key employees here in the U.S., supporting continued growth on the heels of its 10th anniversary in the Americas.

Earlier this year, a $200 million investment from One Equity Partners fueled further expansion in North America, which is expected to come through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. In order to support this expected growth, Infobip has hired several key players:

  •     Arun Kumar, Senior Director of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships
  •     Matt Leinweaver, Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Manager
  •     Craig Charles Webster, Head of Marketing (Americas)
  •     Peter Coleman, Regional Sales Manager
  •     Michael Brassil, Senior Account Executive

Together, the team members bring more than 70 years of growth strategy, tech and customer experience, as well as backgrounds with a bevy of big-name brands – including Intel, Dell, IBM, Microsoft, Sophos, Salesforce and Verizon. They are together creating a cross-functional thought process that spans the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to monetization – all while keeping communications and goals customer-centric.

Infobip, headquartered in Croatia, established its Americas presence with four employees in Buenos Aires in 2010. Today, the ever-growing startup has 271 employees located across 11 offices in the Americas, including New Jersey, San Francisco, Vancouver, São Paulo, Curitiba, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Lima, Santiago, Asuncion and Bogota.
