The features uses a cartoon theme and Thanksgiving holiday imagery to provide a lighthearted approach to serious topics such as job satisfaction and happiness at work.

• Only 39 percent of employees express gratitude for their current job when asked about reasons why they are grateful.
• Employees ages 67 or older are more satisfied with their jobs than younger workers.
• 51 percent of people say they feel valued at work.
• 60 percent of people say they either never express gratitude at work or do so perhaps once a year.
• 81 percent of people say they would work harder if their boss were more grateful.
