PLAINSBORO, N.J., Sept. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Infopro Learning, a leading provider of custom e-learning and human capital transformation solutions, today announced that it was been awarded a coveted Brandon Hall Group silver award for excellence in the Best Use of Video for Learning category for its video-based learning solution for The Brink's Company, the global leader in total cash management, secure route-based logistics and payment solutions.

In the two years preceding this learning initiative, Brink's named a new CEO and CFO, deployed a new company strategy and set new aggressive financial targets. To ensure the success of the new organizational goals and restructuring, Brink's leadership team wanted to build a strong company culture and unite employees with a single set of people-centric values.

The program was designed to not only drive long-term adoption and retention of company values, but also provided an invaluable opportunity to showcase employees’ purpose in the organization at large, which will foster employee engagement and talent retention.

Brink's wanted to deliver employees a uniform understanding of the new values, which consisted of safety, customer focus, integrity, engagement and continuous improvement. Brink's partnered with Infopro Learning to build a custom video-based learning solution that provided employees short bursts of learning that were easy-to-understand, memorable and actionable.

Each month, hundreds of Brink's' employees around the world view these videos. After watching the videos, employees can explain the actions they can take each day in their roles to live the values and are awarded a certificate upon completion of each video series. Business leaders across Brink's have praised the simplicity and engaging style of these videos.
