Women remain under-represented in business leadership positions, and most organizations are not doing all they can to remedy the situation. The majority of HR professionals (68%) say their company does not hold senior leaders personally accountable for increasing the number of women in leadership positions. In addition, most companies (77%) are not incentivizing managers to promote more women into leadership roles.
