Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) March 02, 2015 -- Administrative offices and overall teaching needs require lots of printing. It is a fact that schools and universities go through several ink or toner cartridges per month. "The offer was set up to help educational institutions purchase their printer consumables at a lower price and also save the shipping and handling cost" Pearl M. Quilos- Customer Service Manager.
The discount is open for schools from Kindergarden through High School, Colleges, Universities, Institutes, Academies, Trade Schools, public and private. The purchase order process is different than regular online purchases. It is important to get in contact with InkjetSuperstore's Customer Service department via phone, email or fax and have the following information available:
- Name of School / University
- Name, phone and fax number of contact person
- Full shipping and billing addresses
- E-mail address (to send the order confirmation and tracking number)
- PO number
- Items to be ordered, including InkjetSuperstore's part number or the OEM part number, quantity, and if possible the printer brand and model.
The advantage for such institutions is that more than likely they will have different printer types, brands and needs. A bulk order will lower costs tremendously. The more cartridges bought the less per unit price, plus the thirty dollar discount, and the free ground shipping; overall the savings are sustainable.
