Inman Annoounces the 2026 Best of Proptech Award Winners

Luxury Presence wins Best Overall Proptech of the Year as Inman names winners in 21 categories and runners-up in most.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Inman, the leading news source for real estate agents, brokers, executives and technology leaders, today announced the winners of its 2026 Best of Proptech Awards. Winners were named in 21 categories, chosen from 126 nominees, along with runners-up in most categories.

This is the first year Inman has combined its Best of Proptech and Best of AI honors into one program. A team of Inman executives from across the company reviewed the nominations and made the selections. With so many strong nominees, Inman added a runner-up in most categories for the first time this year.

Highlights from this year's winners:

• Luxury Presence, used by more than 100,000 agents, won Best Overall Proptech of the Year. BrokerBot, an AI assistant built for brokerages, was runner-up.
• 100, which uses AI to catch fraud in rental applications, won Proptech Startup of the Year.
• Livia, which lets agents call, text or email to describe a buyer's wishes in plain words, then hands back a ranked shortlist from their MLS, won Best AI-Native Startup.
• Cotality won the new Responsible & Ethical AI Award.
• Ashley Fidler of MoxiWorks was named AI Visionary of the Year, and Josh Miller of Epique Realty was named Proptech Founder / Visionary of the Year.
