Seth Munsey of Disk Golf Strong in Sand City, CA and Mark Shropshire of Shropshire Sports Training in Columbia, MD and co-author of Original Strength Performance: The Next Level, have earned the rank of Lead Instructor within the OS Instructor Team.
Munsey and Shropshire each have been OS Certified Professionals for more than five years and have been a part of the OS Instructor Team for over three years. With the increased number of health, fitness and education professionals seeking to become OS Certified Professionals, the additional Lead Instructors will help OS ensure the high-quality training and care that patients, clients, and students have come to expect from their OS Certified Professionals.
