Potential tenants include 100 Black Men of Phoenix, 100 Black Women of Phoenix, African American Christian Clergy Coalition, Black Chamber of Arizona, City of Phoenix Aviation Department, HeroZona Foundation, NAACP (Maricopa) and many others.
