Maeve E. Desmond, AICP, PP has joined the firm, bringing 19 years' experience in environmental land development consulting. Desmond has successfully navigated a great number of commercial, industrial, marine, residential, and public development projects through the various agencies regulating environmental protection. Desmond has regularly secured freshwater wetlands, flood hazard area, CAFRA, waterfront development, and Army Corps of Engineers approvals. She joins the firm as a Senior Project Manager and head of the environmental department.
