We know that the more appreciated our employees feel - for their individuality, their work, and their commitment to their clients and one another - the more satisfied and engaged they are.
PHILADELPHIA (PRWEB) April 19, 2019
Local contact center and IT Help Desk provider InspiriTec announced today that they have received the “Top Workplace” award from Philly.com for the third year in a row. This award evaluates companies exclusively on feedback gathered from employee surveys administered by Energage, a leading provider of digital employee engagement tools.
InspiriTec’s mission is centered around leveling the playing field for people with disabilities and providing customers with high quality IT and contact center support services. Their program was one of the first social enterprise models of its kind in the United States, initially providing programming support to large-scale clients such as IBM, AT&T, and the National Disease Research Interchange.
“We know that the more appreciated our employees feel – for their individuality, their work, and their commitment to their clients and one another – the more satisfied and engaged they are,” said John Connolly, Founder and CEO of InspiriTec. “It’s an honor to win this award for the third year in a row. We truly value the uniqueness and diversity in our employees, and their skill and dedication shows in the high caliber of work that they do every day.”
One InspiriTec employee commented that, “I love my job because I am empowered to do my work to the best of my ability. I’m not consumed by proving my worth, but enabled to reach my full potential.”
Another customer service representative noted, “I feel respected and valued for what I bring to the company. I feel like I am a part of something bigger than just a job. I have had opportunities to grow and learn new skills.”
Founded in 2000, InspiriTec employs over 600 people, with offices in Philadelphia and Wyomissing; Newark, New Jersey; and Fort Knox, Kentucky. 70 percent of InspiriTec’s employees in the Philadelphia Valley participated in the “Top Workplace” survey.
