Kroeger joins Insureon from The Hartford, where he served as Head of Strategic Partners & Programs. In this role, Kroeger led many of The Hartford's largest strategic relationships, focusing on large brokerage firms and financial institutions. Prior to this role, he spent over a decade in senior leadership positions at The Hartford and CNA, specializing in small commercial insurance.

In this new role at Insureon, Kroeger will report directly to Devine and focus on driving growth in its B2B and SaaS businesses. He will also work closely with Insureon’s executive committee to help shape the firm’s business strategy over the next decade. Kroeger will work out of Insureon’s corporate headquarters in Chicago.
