In this position, Christen will be responsible for interacting regularly with clients from across the country to ensure the needs of existing customers are met and obtain feedback on the quality of service, value delivered and overall customer satisfaction. In addition, she will be available to assist those customers interested in temporary or full-time CVO services.
Christen’s previous experience includes working with IntelliSoft’s Operations and Support Departments where she was responsible for onboarding new clients, initiating support services and coordinating the software update notification process.
Prior to working at IntelliSoft Group, Christen was an Office Administrator for Vasco, a global leader in digital identity security, transaction security and business productivity. In this role, she processed orders, tracked and ordered office supplies and coordinated office activities and operations to secure compliance to company policies.
