IntelliSoft Group Welcomes New Education Specialist

There he worked as a Credentials Coordinator where he coordinated initial staff appointment applications; ran CORI, OIG, SAMS and NPDB reports; and ensured the credentialing process conformed with state, federal and Joint Commission standards.

IntelliSoft Group, a leading provider of healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, and contract management software, as well as a NCQA-certified credentials verification organization (CVO), is proud to announce and welcome Matthew McDonald to the operations team as the Education Specialist. In this position he will be responsible for onboarding and training new clients on IntelliCred, IntelliApp and IntelliContract products.

Matt comes to IntelliSoft from Emerson Hospital, a full-service, 179-bed medical center with more than 300 primary care doctors and specialists located in historic Concord, MA. There he worked as a Credentials Coordinator where he coordinated all initial staff appointment applications; ran CORI, OIG, SAMS and NPDB reports; maintained the credentialing database with updated/current practitioner credentials; assisted in implementing an online application portal to achieve a paperless process; and ensured the credentialing process conformed with state, federal and Joint Commission standards.

In addition to Matt’s experience in healthcare, he was trained in theatre and dramatic literature at Wheaton College in Norton, MA. He spent some time working at The Public Theater in New York City, one of the nation’s first nonprofit theaters.

The operations team has also moved Shannon Brooks into the role of Implementation Specialist and Rachael LeBlanc has been promoted to the position of Learning and Development Specialist. In this new role, Rachael will utilize her skill set to create and maintain the company’s learning management system, videos and user guides.
