In the first part of 2020 amidst the Coronavirus Pandemic Intempus has managed to acquire not one but two property management companies to roll under its wings. Intempus acquired Civitas Property Management, a management company that provided management services to the entire bay area, ranging from East Bay to South Bay. Also, Intempus acquired Silicon Bay Property Management, a boutique management company serving the East Bay. Intempus Realty opened their business in 2012, and these acquisitions add on to the almost dozen other acquisitions Intempus has executed since its inception.

Intempus really got started in 2012 and has now grown to have almost 3000 units under management at the time of this publication.
