The Orange County Worksite Wellness initiative is a collaborative effort among the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and several wellness-oriented organizations including Orange Regional Medical Center, the American Heart Association, the Alzheimer's Association, Eat Smart New York, SNAP, HealthlinkNY, Pow-r Against Tobacco, the Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Council of Orange County and Healthy Orange. These organizations have teamed up to help make Orange County a healthier place to live and work by promoting workplace wellness and rewarding organizations that integrate healthy workplace initiatives into their culture and policies.
Interact Marketing began integrating workplace wellness programs into the organization several years ago after being inspired by a visit to Google Headquarters. Since then, their program has expanded significantly and current elements include:

- Periodic wellness workshops conducted by outside wellness organizations

All programs are completely optional, with an emphasis put on empowering the individual to make choices that are right for them. There's no pressure for team members who prefer to opt out of activities.
