Interjet Airlines Reports Continued Growth in Traffic Results for Month Ended January 2020

MEXICO CITY, Feb. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Interjet Airlines announced January 2020 passenger traffic results today with the following highlights:

  • Overall passenger traffic for January 2020 increased by 12.8 percent to over 1.3 million passengers as compared to the same period in 2019
  • International traffic rose 14.7 percent year-over-year with over 3,315 flights internationally
  • Domestic traffic increased a healthy 11.9 percent for the same period
  • International load factor increased 2.06 percent year-over-year to 84 percent
  • RPK's (revenue passenger kilometers) grew 6.8 percent year-over-year
  • ASK's (available seat kilometers) also increased by 6.9 percent for the same period
