International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP) to Hold 7th Annual Conference & Trade Show
The International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP) will hold its 7th Annual Conference & Trade Show at the New Orleans Marriott, New Orleans, LA- September 23 - 25, 2019.
NEW ORLEANS, August 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP) will hold its 7th Annual Conference & Trade Show at the New Orleans Marriott, New Orleans, LA– September 23 – 25, 2019.
The event is geared towards individuals who currently own and operate indoor trampoline parks, as well as, entrepreneurs looking to jump into the business. This year's conference will provide sessions dealing with risk management, park operations, marketing, asset protection, increasing revenues, and much more.
New this year, the IATP will offer Rebound Therapy Training & Certification. Rebound Therapy is a specific method of using a full-sized trampoline to provide opportunities for enhanced movement patterns, therapeutic exercise and recreation for children and adults across a wide range of disabilities. Rebound Therapy will increase opportunities to expand community offerings at indoor trampoline parks. Additionally, Service Technician Training & Certification will be offered to better provide an understanding of the standards specific to trampoline parks.
For the 7th year in a row, the IATP has increased exhibit space and will offer attendees the opportunity to network and visit with suppliers and manufacturers who specifically provide services and products to the indoor trampoline park industry.
The event will also host the 2nd Annual Golden Spring Awards. Awards will be given to the IATP Person of the Year, as well as awards for leadership and community service. The event will include a keynote address from George Lewis. Mr. Lewis was an NBC News correspondent for 42 years. He retired from the network in 2012 and is now working on book projects, blogging and lecturing. He co-authored the book Line of Sight, the biography of an early TV pioneer who brought commercial television to the West Coast. He is the winner of three Emmys, the George Foster Peabody and Edward R. Murrow awards.
The IATP continuously strives to meet the needs of their members and the industry. As global growth continues the IATP works towards raising industry standards and elevating the indoor trampoline park industry. This year's event will focus on the evolution of the industry and how it continues to grow, change and succeed.
