Shah previously was a partner at Source One Business Services, a company he also co-founded. He has extensive experience in accounting, tax and business consulting, strategic management and succession planning, financial/tax planning and analysis, operational oversight and improvement, transaction advisory services, estate planning, cybersecurity audits, and accounting systems design and implementation. In addition, he is the author of several books taught in undergraduate studies relating to accounting, finance, cash flows, and ratio analysis.
Joining Shah as a partner in this venture is Jeffrey B. Wiley, MBA, CVA, CM&AA. After a 20-year career as a commercial banker serving in the greater Baltimore-Washington area, Wiley left banking in 2005 to head-up Source One Business Services' consulting practice. During his time there, Wiley helped to successfully build a robust business advisory practice serving privately owned, middle-market companies. He and his team developed capabilities in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services, business valuations, succession and exit planning, and strategic management/CFO advisory services.
