Introhive, one of the fastest-growing B2B sales intelligence and data quality companies, has welcomed Bart Molenda onboard as the company’s first Executive Vice President, Marketing. Molenda’s hire marks a significant milestone for the company, signifying the commitment to building brand share in the market today.

Founded in 2012 by co-founders Jody Glidden and Stewart Walchli, Introhive has revolutionised the way companies manage their relationships and leverage data to support sales and business development initiatives. In early 2020, the company released its most recent suite of solutions - Productivity Intelligence - to better support customers following the transition to remote work in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Introhive was named the MarTech Breakthrough Awards 2020 CRM Software Innovation award winner.

“For the last number of years, Introhive has been focused on building the best-possible product to bring to our customers. We invested heavily in development and technology infrastructure to help us grow our platform and reach our customers,” explains Jody Glidden, CEO and Co-founder of Introhive. “Now, we have a product that is trusted by hundreds of thousands of users across the world. There was no better time to bring someone [like Bart] into the fold. His knowledge and experience in building a robust and successful marketing machine will be instrumental to our future success and growth.”

Molenda brings a wealth of experience to his position with Introhive, having held titles from Head of Marketing with Kijiji-eBay to Head of Paid Marketing with Square and Executive Vice President of Marketing with Freshbooks. “Having been part of a few fast growth and capital raise success stories, I’m excited about helping elevate the Introhive brand and expand this incredibly unique product to more users. I’m also thrilled to be working with a homegrown Canadian SaaS startup that is poised to be our next rocketship,” Molenda says.

“It’s incredibly exciting to be joining a fast-growing company like Introhive at a time like this, on the heels of tremendous growth over the past year,” Molenda continues. “This is a company that has really led the industry in terms of ingenuity and innovation and I look forward to supporting the continued growth and success of this team, both here in Canada and globally.”

In addition to Molenda’s hire, Introhive has made a number of strategic shifts internally to better support the needs of the organisation during this time of growth.

Global Director of Marketing, Dan Dowling, has been promoted to Senior Director, Demand Generation with a focus on inbound marketing. Earlier this fall, Diana Sapienza was promoted to Global Head of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships. These moves will ensure that Introhive is poised for explosive growth in 2021 and beyond.
