Introspect Technology Spearheads I3C Proliferation at the MIPI I3C Interop Workshop with its Latest High-Performance Test and Debug Module

The I3C Test and Debug Module is a high-performance, ultra-portable tester which provides I3C Master/Slave capabilities for testing, exercising, and debugging I3C devices and host controllers. This — coupled with an ultra-flexible pattern programming environment — allows for validating numerous operating modes and injecting errors at various stages within an I3C state machine. Finally, in addition to capturing traffic from a multi-drop bus, the I3C Test and Debug Module is able to extract state transitions and decode control transactions in hardware.
