Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is attempting to submit the CONVENIENT SWITCH to companies for their consideration and potential feedback.

An inventor from Tuscaloosa, Ala., works at a car dealership, and he sees lots of cars with multiple switches under the steering wheels. "This inspired me to design a way to provide a less complicated way of controlling multiple functions," he said.

The patent-pending CONVENIENT SWITCH is a device that provides a less complicated way to control multiple functions in a vehicle. This facilitates the use of an off-road/utility light, the bass and volume of stereo, a siren, a train horn, etc. Overall, it promotes convenience and style. The device is versatile, easy to use and producible in design variations. It also is compatible with boats, ATVs, UTVs and heavy machinery.

The original design was submitted to the Birmingham office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
