Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is attempting to submit the Pocket Pal to applicable companies for their consideration and possible feedback.

"I wanted to help those who are studying or having trouble learning," said an inventor from Yonkers, N.Y., "so I decided to take the flash-card method to a higher level."

The versatile and easy-to-use POCKET PAL helps a user practice and learn in an alternative flash-card method. It ensures effective structure, as well as promotes education and self-confidence. Ideal for learning spelling, vocabulary, the alphabet, phonics, penmanship, etc., it's suitable for children, students and special-needs children and adults.

The original design was submitted to the Manhattan office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
