InventHelp® Client Develops Safety Accessory for Electricians (AAT-1865)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) November 09, 2016 -- "As an electrician, I needed a way to keep unauthorized individuals safe from harm while electrical panels were removed for work and other repairs," said an inventor from Rentz, Ga. "This device protects individuals from exposed live electrical components to enhance safety."
He created a prototype for the patent-pending Electrical Panel Barricade to serve as a temporary cover for an exposed electrical distribution panel. The unit prevents passersby from contacting live electrical components. This reduces the risk of injury and/or death, which is designed to enhance personal safety. It stops unauthorized individuals from tampering with sensitive or dangerous electrical components. This protects the safety and security of the work area. In addition, the unit features a lightweight, easily portable design.
The original design was submitted to the Atlanta office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
