InventHelp Inventors Develop Portable Fishing Dock (FLA-2429)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) September 18, 2014 -- "We were watching our son fish, and we saw that he needed a more stable place to stand while he did so," said one of two inventors from Pompano Beach, Fla. "In order to furnish all anglers with a solid place from which to fish, we came up with this portable dock."
They developed the PORTA DOCK to provide a solid, supportive surface within the water on which to stand and fish. It is ideal for use in areas where the bank or shore is uneven or rough terrain. The dock eliminates the need to wade into the water. The unit provides storage space for supplies, and it also includes a live well for bait storage. In addition, the invention makes fishing trips more comfortable and enjoyable.
The original design was submitted to the Ft. Lauderdale office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
