Based in Pittsburgh, Pa., InventHelp is submitting the FOREVER BED to applicable companies for their review.

Many parents would like to have a versatile piece of furniture that could grow with their child. Thanks to an inventor from Allentown, Pa., that is now an option.

He developed FOREVER BED to converts easily and quickly from a crib to a sofa and back again. As such, it serves as a comfortable place for a baby to sleep or for adults to sit or lie down on as needed. It, therefore, eliminates the need to purchase a separate crib and a separate futon. Besides being versatile and space saving, it is also convenient, attractive and affordably priced. Furthermore, it is easy to convert without assistance and is sturdy and safe. In addition, its simple design minimizes production costs

The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “I got this idea while thinking about how many different beds my daughter had over the years,” she said. “It would have been nice if she had one that could have been converted for other uses.”

The original design was submitted to the Lancaster office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
