InventHelp, founded in 1984 in Pittsburgh, is submitting the Rapid Tech Response to companies for their consideration and possible evaluation.

"So many criminals get away with stealing or fleeing justice in vehicles, I decided that it was high time to prevent these crimes from succeeding," said a concerned inventor from Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.

To meet this need, he designed the RAPID TECH RESPONSE, a system that stops and reduces high-speed pursuits. As a result, it reduces carjackings, vehicle thefts and speeding fugitives, avoids the loss of a vehicle, and promotes safety and peace of mind. It's easy to use and can be activated by vehicle owners and/or police. It can be premanufactured in new vehicles or retrofitted to existing vehicles.

The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
