After being approached by an American property software company last year the creators of InventoryBase have been busy preparing their software for the American market. The American version will be known as ‘Property Inspect’ and is ready to take flight.

A complete solution, the software allows the user to create detailed inventories including photos and remedial actions, in less time and with more accuracy. It also provides a booking system for landlords and estate agents, assigns appointments to team members and produces reports that are fully customisable to include logos and any specific legal information.
To make sure the American version of the software is perfect for the audience, Steve and the team have worked closely with a handful of American companies for the last few months - tweaking every aspect of the system so that it is as useful for the American market as it is here in the UK.
