Sampa, CA (PRWEB) October 10, 2013 -- A 4-disc DVD series, Invincible Basics, has been introduced by Renato Migliaccio to help people get started in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Basics. It is also useful for those familiar with other types of martial arts. The series is led by Renato Migliaccio, a grappler known around the world for his skill, and covers the fundamentals of BJJ.
In the first DVD, Exercises and Throws, the strength and conditioning of the athlete is emphasized. They’ll learn break falls, bridges, and shrimping, for example; these lessons are to teach proper movement.
DVD 2: Escapes and Replacing the Guard, covers various ways one can escape a submission, branching away from the traditional methods. A second component reveals how to gain the upper hand when in a bad position, concentrating on both getting back one’s guard and improving in the right situations. Sweeps and submissions are the focus of DVD 3. It starts with the basics such as the walk, crawl, and run method, and advances to more complex submissions such as triangle chokes.
Top positions are the focus of DVD 4. In addition to getting the guard, one learns how to maximize their control through different techniques. Together, all four of these DVDs are useful for one’s first day or if they are a seasoned black belt. The course concentrates on the fundamentals so participants can learn not only the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but to master the art.
