Invisible Fence® Brand Teams Up with Parent Company, Radio Systems Corporation®, to Provide Relief for Pets Displaced by Hurricane Florence
RALEIGH, N.C. (PRWEB) October 03, 2018 -- Hurricane Florence devastated the Carolinas after hitting land earlier this month sending more than ten million people under watch or warning. To help provide relief to the families and pets displaced from their homes, Invisible Fence® Brand joined forces with parent company, Radio Systems Corporation®, to organize pet supplies and monetary donations for local animals.
Coming Together to Fund Hurricane Florence Victims
Invisible Fence, pioneer of the pet containment industry, has several dealers throughout North Carolina and South Carolina and serves thousands of customers across the hurricane zones. So, when Vance Bryson, Raleigh resident and employee at the local Invisible Fence dealership, asked if the company could help provide relief to community pets, it was a no brainer.
“After seeing local rescues get stretched thin of resources, we reached out to our Headquarters in Knoxville to see if more could be done.” Said Vance Bryson of Invisible Fence of Raleigh. “The support we received exceeded our expectations. Our passion for the safety and well-being of animals resonates throughout our entire organization.”

The organization donated Busy Buddy® toys with rawhide rings to keep dogs entertained while in crates, safety harnesses and leashes, disposable litter boxes for the cats and Healthy Pet Water Stations. Invisible Fence of Raleigh is distributing these items to rescues, shelters and adoption centers such as Paws for Carteret and Carteret County Humane Society.
In addition to donating pallets of pet products for animals in need, Radio Systems Corporation also sent monetary donations of $5,000 to Saving Grace Animals for Adoption and Peak Lab Rescue.
Giving Back Is a Year-Round Initiative
While it is important for communities and businesses to come together during natural disasters like Hurricane Florence, Radio Systems Corporation believes giving back should be a year-round initiative.
