Invisible Sentinel and Refresco Gerber Partner to Commercialize Juice Spoilage Diagnostic

The technology, Veriflow® ACB, detects the presence of alicyclobacillus (ACB), a quality-inhibiting bacteria which produces sensory-altering compounds that spoil juice products. Current methods for ACB testing are laborious and require over seven days to yield definitive results. Veriflow® ACB provides specific, quantitative results in less than three hours from sample collection.
