Lynn Hicks, Bob Rowatt and Shae Gentry join Inxeption Energy.
CUPERTINO, Calif., Aug. 30, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Inxeption, the leader in Industrial Commerce and supply chain digitization, recently grew its digital marketplace team by 150% under the leadership of Erin Clark, president of Inxeption Energy. The company has also added three solar industry veterans, Lynn Hicks, Bob Rowatt and Shae Gentry, ahead of its sponsorship of the RE+ Solar Power International conference.
Inxeption's digital renewable energy marketplace facilitates a frictionless buyer experience by combining an extensive solar product catalog from national and global manufacturers with immediate buy-it-now purchase options, flexible payment terms and Inxeption's proprietary multimodal logistics technology.
Fifteen-year industry veteran Lynn Hicks, Inxeption's vice president of business development, is leveraging her extensive solar power industry experience to accelerate the adoption of the Inxeption Energy marketplace among installers across the U.S. Prior to joining Inxeption, Hicks was the director of sales at AEE Solar. Hicks began her solar career as vice president of operations at Innovative Solar Solutions.
Bob Rowatt, vice president of business development, comes to Inxeption after nearly 9 years at Hanwha QCells, the market leader in the U.S. commercial solar sector. While there, he established and managed key accounts like Tesla and SunRun. Rowatt will work to expand Inxeption's product mix and develop exclusive offerings to customers. Prior to Hanwha QCells, Rowatt served as director of sales at Canadian Solar.
Shae Gentry, vice president of operations, will oversee all aspects of post-sale execution, working with customers to optimize their inventory requirements and delivery expectations by offering Vendor Managed Inventory and access to overflow warehouse space, among other solutions. Gentry last served as head of distribution and transportation at ergomotion, and his previous executive experience includes roles at PlayStation, Technicolor Global Logistics and Shippabo.
"Lynn and Bob's unmatched expertise is a boon for residential solar installers with an appetite for business growth, and Shae adds a wealth of warehousing and fulfillment experience to the Inxeption Energy division," Clark said. "Together, they will show new customers how to diversify their sourcing and product mix–an important consideration, given the current environment–using our digital marketplace."
He continued: "We are poised to see incredible growth in the solar industry. As the industry heats up, time-consuming, manual purchasing processes just aren't cutting it. Inxeption Energy helps installers reimagine solar buying through a digital marketplace complete with on-demand purchasing, shipment tracking, flexible financing and reliable nationwide delivery."
